The big steady—trunk, rings, shade. A Portland singer, guitarist, songwriter, and producer with three decades in the game, Fred’s racked awards (Best Country Artist with the Concrete Cowboys), toured hard (lead guitar for American Idol’s Britney Kellogg), and shared bills with Blake Shelton, Robert Plant, and Kane Brown. Fluent in acoustic/electric/B‑bender/lap steel, he serves the song without dressing it up like somebody else’s. Redwood energy: strength, patience, tone that lasts.
